Data Management Consultant. Mr. Greene is a data base management specialist. He is responsible for maintaining the clinic data base as well as managing the computer network.

Post-doctoral Fellow. Dr. Munson recently completed her psychology internship through Southwestern Vermont Psychology Consortium. She is now a post-doctoral fellow at The Memory Clinic. Kristen has experience administering and interpreting neuropsychological test batteries for patients with memory problems, as well as conducting psychotherapy.

Mary Pat Mazzola, MA

Clinical Psychology. Ms. Mazzola is a licensed Psychologist in Vermont. She has worked with dementia patients in both evaluative and therapeutic contexts for more than 8 years. Mary Pat has served as a global rater in multiple clinical trials.

Clinical Research Coordinator. Dr. Ramirez has his doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology and is currently a post-doctoral fellow at The Memory Clinic. He has been involved in research for depression, anxiety, domestic violence, multicultural counseling, and Alzheimer’s disease for over 10 years. Aaron also has over 10 years of experience conducting neuropsychological assessments and psychotherapy and is a certified substance abuse counselor.

Megan Casey, RN

Martha Stitelman, MD

Medicine/Geriatrics. Dr. Stitelman is a primary care physician with a specialization in geriatrics. Her medical degree is from Columbia University’s College Physicians and Surgeons. Dr. Martha is the medical director of the Center for Living and Rehabilitation as well as a consultant physician for The Memory Clinic. Dr. Martha has served as an investigator in multiple clinical trials in Psychiatry and Neurology. She is licensed in Vermont.

Therapy Dog. Lucas has been interacting with patients at The Memory Clinic since he was a very young puppy. At 8 years of age, he brings a sense of calm to our clinic.
